We love to challenge the market with new, innovative products. It is our mission to surprise you with new products time and time again. Apart from that, Foodkitchen is a marketing-driven organization pur sang. Your wishes and needs are the focal point of everything we do. We don’t call ourselves the partner of our customers without good reason. It means we are flexible and creative when developing a fitting range of products, in consultation with you. Quite often this means customization. On top of that, we also deliver twice a week throughout The Netherlands, free of charge for orders upward of a very small amount.

No, most certainly not. Foodkitchen is a marketing-driven organization. That means we look critically whether or not our products fit with a company. We also keep in mind the marketing area of our customers and like to ensure an appropriate spread in distribution.
- Where do Foodkitchen’s products come from?
Where do Foodkitchen’s products come from?
Foodkitchen imports a lot of products from abroad itself. Most products come from Europe. E.g. countries like Italy, France, Belgium and Great Britain.
- Does Foodkitchen carry products for people with an allergy or for diabetics?
Does Foodkitchen carry products for people with an allergy or for diabetics?
Certainly. A number of Foodkitchen’s products are gluten-free, for instance the Bovetti chocolate. Spring 2012 FoodKitchen will introduce Chokay. Healthy chocolate, naturally sweetend with Stevia in eight delicious varieties. Fit for people with diabetes or obesitas!

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders exceeding € 300,- excl VAT we deliver free domicile, so you will not be paying delivery costs. For order less than € 300,- excl VAT we have to charge you € 17,50 excl. VAT for deliveries within The Netherlands.

Where can I buy Foodkitchen products?
You can buy Foodkitchen products on many different locations, such as warehouses, delis, coffee- and teashops, culinary gift shops or cooking stores. We also supply catering industry wholesalers. Since not all stores carry all our products we advise you to search for the best point of sale per product or brand. Click here on ‘Points of sale’ and search for an outlet near you.

Who does Foodkitchen deliver to?
Foodkitchen delivers to warehouses, delis, coffee- and teashops, culinary gift shops, lifestyle shops, cookery shops, bakeries, Christmas hampers suppliers, supermarkets and catering industry wholesalers. We can also supply hotels and restaurants through the catering industry wholesalers. Feel free to ask us about the options.

As a considerable part of our assortment is suitable for the catering industry Foodkitchen works with a number of catering industry wholesalers. Look for names and contact details at 'points of sale'.
- What do I do when I have a complaint?
What do I do when I have a complaint?
The products offered by Foodkitchen are produced with the utmost care. Should you for any reason not be satisfied with a product or have a complaint of a different sort, please let us know by e-mail (info@foodkitchen.nl) or by telephone: 0168-370338. Complaints about the quality of products or other deviations or damages should be reported within seven days after delivery. Please state the nature of the complaint and the specification of the product. We will assess the complaint and if necessary, forward it to the producer responsible.
